Winning the war with myself, Why I am doing #75hard?

Because I’m figuring out how to master mental toughness & develop the skills needed to take complete control of my life so I can be successful in anything I do.

 

After 6 years in business I started doubting myself, I was in a funk, I was going to give my business up.

I realised that the root cause of all of my problems was not addressed by any existing program or book.

 

Because the REAL PROBLEM I had was a lack of mental toughness & discipline.

 

 

That's when I decided to take matters into my own hands ...

I am doing the #75hard challenge because in 75 days I want to look in the mirror and be proud, be happy, I want to say this is the best thing I ever did. Its not a fitness challenge - its discipline, self control, confidence, self worth, grit, and consistency.

 

I wanted something to up-level all aspects of my life.

 

Here’s the challenge:

  1. Follow a diet. And commit to it - no alcohol or “cheat meals".
  2. Work out twice a day for at least 45 minutes. One of these workouts must be an outdoor session.
  3. Drink 4 litres of water per day.
  4. Read 10 pages of nonfiction a day.
  5. Take progress photos every day

No one checks up on you. You are coaching and discipling yourself.

In 75 days I will be the best version of me.
